It is the responsibility of each customer to look at the sizing charts and descriptions carefully.
Refunds and Returns
Each product is made to order, therefore, we cannot offer any refunds or returns. If a customer receives a product and decide they no longer want it, we cannot offer an exchange or return. The only exception to this policy is if the customer receives the wrong product, or if the product was damaged upon receipt. If you are unhappy with a product you received, please contact us and we will do everything within our power to make it right.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please email us so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that we may ask you to take a picture of the defective product so that way our team can evaluate the problem and get it resolved.
